Action Sportive Physiotherapy and Massage in Val d'Isere is a team of experienced  Chartered Physiotherapists  based in Val d'Isere, Tignes and Ste Foy.  It is run by Ginny Schniewind who lives in Val d'Isère with her husband and 3 young children. Ginny has a clinic in the Portillo in Val d'Isère and is also the lead Physiotherapist at Apex Ski Academy in Tignes.

Ginny graduated from the School of Physiotherapy at Manchester University  in 2004 and then spent the next four  years working in the National Health Service (NHS) in London. She has always loved the mountains and sport, therefore when the opportunity arose almost ten years ago to work as a Chartered Physiotherapist in a ski resort, it was the perfect opportunity.  Ginny has now worked as a Chartered Physiotherapist in Val d’Isere since 2008.

Both she and her husband, Henry (who is an offi-piste ski guide and runs Henry's Avalanche Talk (www.henrysavalanchetalk.com ,) not only fully understand the joys of skiing, but as importantly the problems that can occur ,due  either to misfortune or to over exercising muscles and joints not normally accustomed to the rigours imposed on them by the ski slopes.

Ginny and her team have extensive training and experience working as Chartered Physiotherapists and massage therapist, this enables them  to recognise and diagnose the symptoms of Sports injuries as effectively as  possible so you can go back to and enjoy what Val d’Isere and the surrounding areas offer – probably the best skiing in the world.
