Service Description

This uses techniques to prevent injuries and loss of mobility. It helps remove waste products like lactic acid that are produced when muscles are worked hard. The waste products are one of the reasons why you feel very stiff after a hard days skiing. A sports massage can encourage muscles to take up oxygen and nutrients to help them recover more quickly and will make you feel much better for skiing the next day. All our physiotherapists are English trained and French registered and specialise in Sports injuries. We can help you get back to skiing if you have had an injury on the slope. We use a number of techniques to help you which include exercise prescription, manual techniques, massage, taping and much more. We may have to advice you to stop skiing but if this is the case we can start your rehabilitation whilst you are on holiday.
