I had an amazing morning learning about adaptive skiing . Catherine runs freedom 2 ski which is a charity helping people that can not normally ski due to life changing accident, or illness or disability , ski by using special equipment. I went on a dualski pilot. This allows people who are unable to ski independently, experience the thrill and freedom of skiing. It was very interesting getting an insight into what people feel on the dualski pilot. It was an amazing feeling, however slightly scary not being in control at all. They even managed to strap my 16 month old son in with me, so we went down the slopes together. If you want more information on what Catherine is doing look at www.ski2freedom.com
