ACL Injuries and Skiing
An ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) injury is sadly a common and serious injury for
for athletes and recreational skiers. You can partially tear your ACL or fully rupture it. Depending on your age or your level of skiing will depend on if you decide on surgery or not.
